At Safe-T-Rex, your first logo setup is free with your order. This includes one artwork setup for either printing, embroidery, or vinyl.
What’s Included:
✅ One free logo setup (per customer) for your chosen application (printing, embroidery, or vinyl)
✅ A digital proof/mockup for your approval after you place your order
✅ No printing or embroidery starts until you’ve approved your proof
Additional Setup Fees:
If you need multiple different logos, or logos for different applications (e.g. embroidery on the front, vinyl on the back), the first setup is free, but any additional setups cost $45 each.
Example:
• Same logo on front & back = 1 setup = free
• Different logo on front & back = 2 setups = 1 free, 1 x $45
• Embroidery on front + vinyl on back = 2 setups = 1 free, 1 x $45
Important: Avoid Extra Fees By Uploading the Correct Artwork First Time
When you upload your logo, you’ll see a notes box.
Please use this to tell us if you want any changes made to your logo (for example: “Please remove the tagline” or “Use just the icon, not the text”).
We create your artwork based on the file you upload and the notes you provide.
If you request changes after the artwork is done, we may need to charge an additional $45 setup fee to cover the extra time and cost of getting it redone.
Before We Print:
✔ You’ll receive an artwork proof to check colours, layout, and positioning.
✔ We won’t start until you approve it.
✔ It’s your responsibility to carefully check the proof for accuracy.
Additional Info:
• Embroidery setup includes up to 6000 stitches (extra fees apply for larger logos).
• Vinyl prints include up to 3 lines of text or your logo and 2 lines ($3.30 for each additional line).
• Embroidery must be done in groups of 4 (identical logos & thread colours).
• Printing positions are standard (left chest for front, between shoulder blades for back) unless you request otherwise.
