Refund Policy For All Returns:
All returns need a Return Goods Number (RGN). You can obtain this by contacting Safe-T-Rex Workwear Pty Ltd. Under no circumstances will items be accepted without an RGN. All attempts to deliver without an RGN will be rejected. The RGN must be written on the returned parcel. No refunds are given after 14 days from date of delivery.
Delivery charge is non-Refundable. All clearance items are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order, A 25% Return & Re-Stocking fee will be deducted from the total sale amount as well as any artwork which has been started and freight charges to return the items to the supplier at $20 per supplier and/or have the new items shipped to us. Minimum artwork charge is $45.00 as per our terms and conditions, which you must agree to when placing an order.
Personalised Clothing: For items that have been printed or embroidered, returns are only accepted if the item itself is faulty. If there is a spelling mistake, you as the customer, gave final approval to print. Sizing is also in the hands of the customer. Our size chart is listed on each page. Once personalised we cannot refund or exchange.
Plain/Non-Branded Clothing: Garments must be in original condition with labelling and packing intact. Worn & washed garments will not be accepted.
Return Postage is at customers expense.
Cancellation or Change of Order before it leaves the factory:
If you choose to cancel or change your order in any way we have to charge 25% of the value of the item/items and or any artwork which has been started as well as freight charges to return the items to the supplier at $20 per supplier and/or have the new items shipped to us. Minimum artwork charge is $45.00 as per our terms and conditions, which you must agree to when placing an order.
The reasons this is in place:
1. Your garments are ordered in at the earliest convenience (your order is sent directly to the suppliers for packing. We do this so that your order is processed as soon as possible. Usually orders are packed immediately if ordered between 6am-5pm). If you cancel or change your mind on an item the stock must be returned to our suppliers, which costs us freight and re-packing fees.
2. We setup your artwork (print or embroidery) at no charge. This costs us time and money, so we need you to have correct details - this includes logo, wording, numbers, colouring, etc. All artwork is taken from you when you upload it via our website. If you miss anything, such as your mobile number or you send the wrong file/information then you will be charged accordingly.
3. All changes after proofs have been sent will occur additional fees as above.
