Refund Policy For All Returns:

All returns need a Return Goods Number (RGN). You can obtain this by contacting Safe-T-Rex Workwear Pty Ltd.  Under no circumstances will items be accepted without an RGN. All attempts to deliver without an RGN will be rejected. The RGN must be written on the returned parcel. No refunds are given after 14 days from date of delivery.

Delivery charge is non-Refundable. All clearance items are non-refundable. A 20% Return & Re-Stocking fee will be deducted from the total sale amount.

Personalised Clothing: For items that have been printed or embroidered, returns are only accepted if the item itself is faulty. If there is a spelling mistake, you as the customer, gave final approval to print. Sizing is also in the hands of the customer. Our size chart is listed on each page. Once personalised we cannot exchange.

Plain/Non-Branded Clothing: Garments must be in original condition with labelling and packing intact. Worn & washed garments will not be accepted. 

Return Postage is at customers expense.
