What’s the minimum order quantity for custom printed work shirts?

For most printed work shirts, you can order the quantity you need rather than being locked into a large bulk minimum. Embroidery is the main exception and needs to be completed in groups of four of the same garment, logo and thread colours (orders outside those groups may attract an additional machine setup fee). If you’re ordering for the whole crew, our workwear packs can also be a handy way to get your team sorted in one hit.

How long does it take to receive custom work shirts after ordering?

Allow 7-21 working days for your custom work shirts to be completed and dispatched. Orders often tend to be ready slightly sooner than that, but the full turnaround allows for things like supplier stock arriving, artwork or digitising, your artwork approval, larger bulk orders and our current workload. Delivery time then comes on top of this and varies depending on where you are in Australia, so it’s best not to leave the new uniforms until the last minute.

Can I get a digital proof before my bulk order goes to print?

Yep. Once you’ve placed and paid for your order online, our team will prepare your artwork and email you a digital proof to check before production starts. You don’t need to wait for a mockup before ordering — upload your logo as part of the online order process, check out, and we’ll take it from there. We won’t begin printing until you’ve replied to approve the proof, so make sure you check the spelling, colours, layout and other details carefully before giving us the thumbs-up.

What customisation methods are available – print, embroidery or both?

Both. Safe-T-Rex offers printing and embroidery, with the best option depending on the work shirt, fabric and your logo. Our printing options include DTF, digital and sublimation printing, while embroidery is available on most suitable garments. Check the individual product for its available branding options, or get in touch if you’re not sure which method will work best for your logo.

H4: Do you offer work shirts in extended sizes (4XL, 5XL and above)?

Yes, a number of the work shirts in our range are available in 4XL and 5XL, with selected styles extending to 6XL and even 8XL. Sizing varies between brands and individual garments, so always check the size chart on the product page before ordering. Measuring a work shirt that already fits you well and comparing it with the listed measurements is usually the safest bet.
